BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Stoneman Views is a prominent residential development situated directly on the Hayling Island seafront. Comprising two elegant, modern blocks, the project delivered 18 luxury apartments designed to offer premium coastal living. Each residence was built with a high-specification finish, featuring expansive balconies and open-plan layouts that maximize the stunning, uninterrupted views across the Solent.
The development represents a significant multi-unit construction achievement, blending architectural impact with the durability required for a frontline maritime location. From the ground-floor garden apartments to the 2,000 sq. ft. luxury penthouse, Stoneman Views has become one of the most desirable addresses on the island.
SCOPE OF WORK
The project involved the full-scale development of two residential blocks, replacing a former site with 18 high-end apartments. Our team managed the entire construction process, including complex seafront foundations, the structural build of both blocks, and the high-standard internal fit-out of all units.
